Refund Policy

A Refund is applicable if and only if the order has not been dispatched and not processed in our workshop.

The following topic encompasses all the conditions for a refunds, returns and rewards.

If the order is not shipped, the refund is applicable if the customer requests cancellation but the cost of product and the shipping charges will be deducted from the full charges.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment or by Wire Transfer to Bank Account .
An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been received by receiver. If the product is damaged or any other valid complaint then we will exchange the item after Inspection from our specialized Quality assurance team.

Damaged Product

In case the receiver receives a damaged product will incur no refund. The same Product will be resent as a complimentary order.

Late Delivery

If the Product is not damaged and complete but delivered late, the sender will deserve reward points which our QA/QC team will determine according to gravity of the complaint.
If the product is damaged, a complimentary order will also be sent along with reward points (which will be determined by the CSR in accordance to the gravity of the complaint) on the request of the sender to whomever, whenever they require to be sent.

Wrong Delivery

If the product is wrongly delivered, we apologize and a re delivery will be arranged within 2 days.


If the product has its items missing from its order, the missing items will be arranged to deliver at the earliest.


If in any case, if a delivery is missed, the order shall be delivered the next day with reward points/or complimentary order on behalf of the sender.
